Saira has over 30 years of experience ranging from microfinance to human resources specifically start-ups and country specific project feasibility studies in UAE, Australia and Africa including Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Malawi and Zambia.
Her strengths include working with diverse teams (she speaks 5 languages) and thrives on developing and engaging with teams to enable them to think about their businesses with a creative and innovative lens.
She brings with her the sustainability angle in line with international standards to ensure sustainability in the workplace for positive impact. She is driven by her sense of purpose thereby creating an enabling environment for both her colleagues and clients.
With expertise in human resources including manpower planning, recruitment and onboarding of staff hired locally and overseas, she understands the full spectrum of HR services from hiring to performance appraisals.
She completed her Strategic Management qualification at Harvard University, USA, and has her Masters in Public Policy and Governance from the University of Queensland in Australia and a Bachelors Degree in Economics from the University of Calgary in Canada.
